The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses with the extension @imquk.com indicated on
this Site entails, by its very nature, the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to
reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The legal bases of the processing
are, therefore, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to reply to the communications received or the need
to process pre-contractual requests made by the interested party. The data will be kept for the time necessary to
satisfy any requests made by the sender or questions submitted to the Controller and, in any case, for the time
required by specific legal provisions. The sender has, however, the right to request the cancellation of the same in
accordance with the terms, conditions and limits provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR.
We urge our users not to use the names or other personal data of third parties in their communications if this is
not strictly necessary; it is more appropriate to use fictitious names.
